At Xstringe, we're dedicated to getting your high-performance laptop into your hands swiftly and safely. We also understand that sometimes, a product might not be exactly what you expected. Our Shipping & Returns Policy is designed to be clear and straightforward, ensuring a smooth experience from purchase to potential return.

Shipping Information

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Saturday) after payment verification. During peak sales periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We partner with reliable couriers to ensure your valuable equipment arrives securely.

  • Standard Shipping (Nationwide - Nigeria): Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days after shipment. This is our default shipping option for all orders within Nigeria.
  • Express Shipping (Select Cities - Nigeria): Available for an additional fee in some cities. Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days after shipment. Select this option at checkout if available for your location.
  • International Shipping: Currently, Xstringe primarily serves customers within Nigeria. For international inquiries, please contact our support team at sales@xstringe.shop before placing an order.

Local Pickup (Ikeja, Lagos State)

For customers in or near Ikeja, Lagos State, we offer a convenient local pickup option. If you select this at checkout:

  • Your order summary email will contain the pickup address

Shipping Costs

Flat rate shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Delivery & Risk of Loss

Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If you notice significant damage to the packaging, make a note with the delivery personnel and contact Xstringe support immediately. The risk of loss and title for items purchased from Xstringe pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following policy carefully.

General Return Conditions

  • Returns must be initiated within 48 Hrs of the delivery date.
  • The item must be returned in the exact condition it was received, including all original packaging, accessories (charger, manuals, etc.), and promotional items.
  • Any security seals or stickers on the product must be intact.
  • PC's must be free of any personal data, passwords, or accounts (e.g., iCloud, Google accounts). Please perform a factory reset before returning.

Return Eligibility by Product Condition

The eligibility for returns may vary slightly based on the product's original condition:

  • New Laptops: Must be returned in factory-sealed, unused condition.
  • Open-Box Laptops: Must be returned in the exact "like-new" condition as received, with all original packaging and accessories.
  • Renewed & Used Laptops: Must be returned in the same functional and cosmetic condition as received. Returns for cosmetic reasons for used laptops are generally not accepted beyond initial delivery inspection.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse, abuse, or accident after delivery.
  • Items with missing parts, original packaging(applicable for Open-Box items), or accessories.
  • Software products (if sold separately).
  • Items purchased during final sale or "as-is" events.

Refund Process

  1. Initiate Return: Contact sales@xstringe.shop to request an RMA number. Provide your order number, reason for return, and condition of the item.
  2. Ship Item: Once you receive your RMA, carefully package the item and ship it to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an Xstringe error or a verified product defect. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
  3. Inspection: Upon receipt, our team will inspect the returned item to ensure it meets our return policy conditions.
  4. Refund Issuance: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an Xstringe error.

Damaged or Defective Items on Arrival (DOA)

If your item arrives damaged or appears to be defective upon initial unboxing (Dead On Arrival - DOA), you must report this to sales@xstringe.shop immediately. Provide clear photos or videos of the damage/defect and the packaging. We will arrange for return shipping and a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, upon verification of the claim.
